Welcome!
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Quantitative Marketing at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
My research focuses on digital platform design and consumer demand estimation in light of behavioral phenomena. I have mainly studied two contexts: digital media and consumer-packaged goods.
For digital media, I examine the implications of platform policy design on consumer demand and creator productivity. I am particularly interested in ways to enhance user experience and encourage user exploration.
For consumer-packaged goods, I study how to improve consumer demand estimation regarding consumer learning and habitual purchase, utilizing insights from experimental economics and neuroscience.
